This watch has a deep black dial and a polished case.A great start.The numbers are largesilver and subdued which I prefer over in-your-face white"Expedition" types.The minute and hour hands are elegantly long and tapered and really stand out against the black dialthe photo doing it little justice.The day and date window is a decent size.As I have a small wrist {6.5} the classic 36mm case size which was the standard for men for decades is perfect.On their web-site Timex calls it an "Elevated Classic".
